Overview

The tropical cyclone benchmark family is the single storm evaluator used by the hurricane-specific and all-basin tropical-cyclone smoke configs.

Current coverage is synthetic-backed, but the same evaluator contract already scores core storm baselines and experimental weather-model adapters.
